How much leave do you have?

Set your starting point

Open your latest LES in myPay and find the leave section. Enter the CR BAL (current balance) and the date that LES runs through, usually the last day of the month.

You only do this once. After that, this adds 2.5 days every month and takes off any leave you book.

How it counts

Weekends and holidays at the start or end of your time off are free. Ones in the middle count.

The Friday after Thanksgiving counts as a day off (family day). Other base family days aren't included, so time off next to one may cost a day less.

You can carry up to 60 days into the new fiscal year. Anything over 60 on Sep 30 is lost on Oct 1 (use or lose), and the numbers here already take that off. Special Leave Accrual isn't included.

Advance leave can take you up to 30 days below zero.

Potential trips don't change your balances. Each one shows what it uses and what you'd have left right after it, on its own. Once a trip's dates have passed, those days count as taken.

This is an estimate. LeaveWeb and your LES are the official numbers.
